New Material From Them Crooked Vultures?

With their sold-out UK tour at an end, drummer Dave Grohl has revealed that Them Crooked Vultures -- the supergroup he formed with Queens of the Stone Age guitarist Josh Homme and Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones -- are planning more releases and should be viewed as a long-term project.Speaking to BBC Radio 1's Newsbeat, Grohl said: "You put the three of us together in a room, something is going to happen. I don't think we'll have any trouble making five, six, seven records if we want to. It's just a matter of when and where and how."
It might be a case of sooner rather than later as the band has unfinished material lying around from the sessions from their eponymous debut album which was released last month.
However, Grohl admitted that drumming for Them Crooked Vultures and fronting Foo Fighters was proving problematic. "It is tough because doing this is the greatest thing in the world and our other bands are awesome too. It's just a matter of trying to figure out how to do them all. We're here now and it's a nice place to be."

Paul, have you given the album more than one listen? I love it. It's the best thing I've heard in years.

Paul
If they think they can put something together easily then maybe they can try a good song or two next time.
