On Christmas Eve, Dublin pedestrians were treated to an unannounced performance by Bono, the Swell Season's Glen Hansard and singer-songwriters Damien Rice and Mundy. The performance benefitted the Simon Communities of Ireland, a charity that helps the homeless. The four musicians performed for an hour on Grafton Street, the same area where Hansard's character performed in the movie 'Once.' The Ireland natives played for an hour, performing classics such as U2's 'One,' Bob Dylan's 'Knocking on Heaven's Door' and Ben E. King's 'Stand by Me,' as well as Mic Christopher's 'Heyday.' Check out a fan-recorded video of the performance after the jump.
