Zambri, 'W/ Somebody' -- Video Premiere

With their latest release, 'W/ Somebody,' Brooklyn's Zambri -- fronted by sisters Cristi Jo and Jessica Zambri -- envisioned a dark, enchanting video treatment.

"I went to bed with the idea in the back of my head one night," Cristi Jo tells Spinner. "We wanted to make this more like a short film than a music video, so we worked with independent filmmakers to bring it to fruition."

To that end, the sisters called upon directors Mitchell and Catie Riggs and filmed in Nyack, N.Y. in the Woods of Ingber. The location proved to be a perfect setting for the eerie video's masked forest dwellers.

"I hoped it would be enchanting in the end, but I didn't realize making it would be so bewitching," Cristi Jo says. "It really did feel magical. The scenery made it very easy to imagine living in their world ... At times, we felt like these people behind the trees were watching us. Then again, those people may be saying the same thing about us."
