According to a new report by WebCPA, the agency filed the lien against Marvin Gaye III in early November. His business manager suggests that the Prince of Motown's son is working through his tax debts and is close to a settlement.
It's not the first time that Gaye -- whose real name is Marvin Pentz Gay III -- has been mixed up in controversy.
