These Arms Are Snakes Break Up
Sorry, These Arms Are Snakes fans -- the Seattle progressive hardcore band has decided to part ways. The official announcement of the split came via MySpace on Tuesday. "It's with a heavy heart we tell you that These Arms Are Snakes is no more," the statement said. "It's been a great run and we'd like to send out a very hearty "Thank You" to everyone that we've worked with or anyone that we've toured with ... This band could not have been possible without all of you. We sincerely thank you."
After forming in 2002, These Arms Are Snakes put out three albums, with their most recent release being 'Washburn,' a song featured on a split 7" single with All the Saints. No immediate reason for the breakup has been given.
