Spoon Rock Out for Conan O'Brien

Gotta love that Conan O'Brien. He may be getting forced out of his 'Tonight Show' chair, but he's not phoning it in when it comes to picking guests. Such is the case with Wednesday's memorable appearance by Spoon, who gave one of the best performances during his brief tenure.

The band conquered on Conan with an edgy new tune, 'Written in Reverse,' from its latest album 'Transference,' which dropped on Tuesday. The band will support the disc when it hits the road for a four-week trek in March, which it will launch at SXSW in its hometown of Austin. Check out the performance after the jump.
