Axl Rose allegedly doesn't want to see your Slash t-shirts. According to a security guard at Guns N' Roses' Wednesday concert in Canada, the band's crew prevented fans from sporting the former guitarist's gear at their shows, top hats included. Security for the Brandt Center in Regina, Saskatchewan told TMZ that "the instructions were passed down from a producer for the band." Fans were reportedly forced to turn their Slash t-shirts inside-out upon entering the venue. The incident may stem from the very public fued between Axl and Slash that began when the axeman quit the band in the mid-'90s. Rose has since called Slash "a cancer" in an interview with Spinner.
Axl's camp has since denied the security guard's allegations. "We did not advise any security to ban any sort of apparel," Axl's personal assistant's son, Fernando Lebei said. "If they did, they did it on their own accord, or under someone else's order -- from within their management."
