Kasabian and La Roux to Headline Intimate War Child Benefit Gig

Kasabian and La Roux (pictured) have been announced to headline the second annual War Child charity concert at the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire in West London.

Taking place on Tuesday Feb. 16, the same night as the Brit Awards, the gig will also feature DJ Calvin Harris and some surprise special guests, to be revealed on the night.

Last year's event saw 45 minute performances from the Killers and Coldplay -- who were joined onstage by U2's Bono and Take That's Gary Barlow.

Kasabian said "War Child's work is absolutely vital. Simple! They have done so many beautiful things and to help raise money for them to extend the reach of their amazing work is a huge honour. It will be an inspirational night all round!"

All profits raised from tickets sold will go directly to aid War Child's work with children in war zones across the world.

Tickets go on general sale on Feb. 3 at 9am.
