Lily Allen Returns to Twitter
After four months of social networking silence, Lily Allen has rejoined the Twitterverse. She greeted her nearly two million followers with a simple "hello. I'm back" on Tuesday morning. Reactivating her account, the pop singer informed her followers that she was back in London after her Australian tour and will be working on "some really exciting stuff."
Allen made the news when she took a spill after performing at the Big Day Out festival in Australia. Allen's fall may have been due to exhaustion and the balmy weather in Perth that day and it looks like the 'Smile' singer is more worried about her figure than passing out down under.
"For now though, I'm off to the gym," Allen tweeted. "Went to India over xmas, and the clarified butter has made its way from my tummy to my thighs. Eeuuggh."
