Pet Shop Boys Play 'Surreal' Gig in Fan's Front Room

Electro pop duo Pet Shop Boys have performed a surprise gig in a fan's front room, in a stunt celebrating 30 years of the Brit Awards.A competition won by fan Lorraine Sands in Twickenham, south west London, saw Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe recreate a mini version of their 'Pandemonium' stage set in the house.
Pet Shop Boys -- who won the Outstanding Contribution to Music Award at the 2009 Brit Awards -- turned up unannounced to perform four classic tracks; 'Suburbia', 'All Over the World,' 'It's a Sin' and 'West End Girls.'
Neil Tennant said on the band's website that the experience was unique, saying, "Reproducing part of our tour in someone's living room was surreal but very good fun. The whole point of it was to recreate an arena production, or elements of it anyway, in the intimate environment of a living room."
Footage from the exclusive gig at Sands' house will be broadcast as part of the Brit Awards show on ITV1 on Feb. 16.

I saw them on their Pandemonium tour and they were excellent. I can only imagine them showing up at your house for an impromptu mini concert in your living room! I would've been there!
