She won not one, or two, but three Brits at the ceremony in London on Tuesday night (Feb. 16).
The first statuette was the Best International Breakthrough Award. With anything but a poker face, the singer said: "I love my fans!"
She took first position from competition that included Animal Collective, Taylor Swift, Daniel Merriweather and Empire of the Sun.
Her sartorial choice was no less subtle than usual only this time she resembled a bizarre version of cartoon character Marge Simpson, thanks to an enormous shocking white wig that would have done Homer's long-suffering wife proud.
Moments later, she won Best International Female, taking the award from Norah Jones, Ladyhawke, Rihanna and Shakira.
Then there was a third trip to the stage for Best International Album, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Jay-Z, Black Eyed Peas and Animal Collective.
Choking back tears, she said, "My fans are the first people who believed in me ... Thank you, I love you so much!"
