Little Boots Set for Spring Tour Across US and Canada

These boots are made for walking, apparently. Although, by the looks of her extensive, newly announced North American itinerary, Little Boots will have to spend a fair amount on a plane this spring.

The Lancastrian electropop performer, known to her mates as Victoria Hesketh, will be touting her 2009 debut album 'Hands' across the US and Canada in the wake of its Mar. 2 release there. The 16-date, transcontinental tour begins in New York on Mar. 2 before -- somewhat inexplicably -- hitting Vancouver, Canada on Mar. 5, after which the trek continues down the west coast toward a March 13 show in San Diego.

Then, after a month to chill out in sunny SoCal, Ms. Hesketh has an April 18 slot lined up at Indio, California's Coachella Festival, before jetting back to the east coast via a one night stop in Atlanta, Georgia. Finally, after making her way up the eastern seaboard as far as Boston, it's back westward again through Canada toward a final date in Chicago.
