Aerosmith Will Tour This Summer With Steven Tyler

Now that they've aired their dirty laundry in public, Aerosmith -- yes, that's Aerosmith with a capital S for Steven Tyler -- will "regroup" for the 'Cocked, Locked, Ready to Rock Tour' which will launch in Europe this June. The news is the latest surprise twist in what proved to be one of the most headline-grabbing rock 'n' roll dramas as of late.

"We're Aerosmith. And you know what? The rumors are true... I think," says guitarist Joe Perry, appearing with the entire band intact, in a video posted on their official website.

"You think?" responds Tyler. "I just auditioned and I got the gig!" The entire band laughs.

As you may recall, a few months ago Perry announced that Aerosmith was in the market for a new lead singer. Founding frontman Tyler said they weren't. But Perry still said they were. Tyler still said they weren't. Then, after Tyler checked himself into rehab to kick a painkiller addiction, Perry said the hunt was on for a substitute frontman. Tyler's attorney responded this time, threatening legal action.

Now, finally, they're all boys again. "Enough BS," says Perry in a statement on the website. "We're coming and everything is going to be set at eleven."
