Hole Release New Single, 'Skinny Little Bitch'

A decade since releasing 'Be A Man,' Hole has finally revealed 'Skinny Little Bitch,' the first single from the band's upcoming album, 'Nobody's Daughter,' on their website. Floating all over the Internet, the song stays true to the band's alt-rock form with Courtney Love's powerful vocals and raw riffs from guitarist 23-year-old Micko Larkin. It looks like Love's new lineup -- Larkin, bassist Shawn Dailey of Rock Kills Kid and drummer Stuart Fisher -- is easily melding into the Hole frame of mind.
Hole debuted the song at Shockwaves NME Awards Show on Feb. 17, the band's first performance in 11 years. They will also be playing SXSW in March, along with a trio of shows in the UK in May. 'Nobody's Daughter' will drop on April 27.
While Love enjoys the positive feedback from the new single, she's currently in a tiff with singer Lily Allen on Twitter. Love recently tweeted that Allen was doing cocaine, stealing and gaining some weight.
Of course, Allen didn't waste any time in firing back and wrote, "Don't want to drag this thing out but, for the record, I thought @courtneyloveuk was attacking me, hence my response. In retrospect, having read her Twitter updates and found them quite hard to decipher, I think she is in trouble and in need of help. I hope she has people looking out for her."

I love Courtney, but she wasted so much of her talent blogging, twittering, TMZ'n etc. We know talented poets are crazy but until this information age we didn't realize just how crazy. Hopefully she can pour herself back into her music were her erratic musings and rants transform into art.
