Devendra Banhart's 'Baby' is a lighthearted love song with some quirky imagery, and while it would be difficult to translate it too literally into video form, the singer-songwriter comes close in this new clip.
Starting out on a sunny day, the video -- directed by Ron Winter and produced by Greencard Pictures -- seems normal enough. Banhart and his pals, including the Strokes' Fabrizio Moretti and MGMT's Andrew VanWyngarden, stroll around, soaking up a few rays, but things soon take a turn for the trippy. Without giving too much away, we'll just say it involves interstellar travel and Wu-Tang Clan's GZA. Check out the exclusive premiere of the 'Baby' video after the jump.
