Jack White continues to add to his impressive, if not compulsive, run of projects with the news that he and hip-hop giant Jay-Z recently paired up in the studio. Hova and the man behind the Third Man Records empire have long admired one another."I just did a record with Jay-Z," White told British GQ. "We did a song together a few weeks ago. It was incredible. I played him something that I've been kicking around for a while and he immediately came out with words for it. It's unbelievable sounding."
Although there's no clear indication if and when fans might get an opportunity to hear the track, Jack 'n' Jay together sounds like a slam dunk. According to the report, the teaming of the two talents came after Jay-Z called White a "Renaissance man" last fall. White continued the love-fest by calling the rap mogul "just incredible" in January.
