Dead Weather Title Second Album 'Sea of Cowards'

Although the Dead Weather's second album was set to drop in April, it looks like Jack White and the crew have changed their minds. According to Entertainment.ie, 'Sea of Cowards' will drop on May 7 in Ireland, which TwentyFourBit assumes will mean a May 11 release in the US.

'Die by the Drop' will be the first single from 'Sea of Cowards' and is due out on March 23. Flora Sigismondi, who also directed 'The Runaways,' recently finished shooting the video for the track.

While details about the upcoming Dead Weather record are pretty slim, new artwork promoting the album is currently on the band's website. Thirty-second snippets of 'Die by the Drop' and its B-side, 'Old Mary,' can be heard at Amazon.
