Coco + Fyfe to Cover Neil Young Classic

In a somewhat unusual hook-up, Fyfe Dangerfield and Coco Sumner -- daughter of Sting -- have announced they will release a one-off single as Coco + Fyfe, on the imprint Luv Luv Luv Records. The duo has recorded a cover of Neil Young's classic debut charting single, 'Only Love Can Break Your Heart,' which will be released on April 12.Produced by Dangerfield, the track was created in a matter of days and will be limited to a run of 500 vinyls and download. The release marks the I Blame Coco singer's follow-up single to debut 'Caesar,' which featured vocals from Scandinavian pop royalty Robyn (released in February) and is taken from the forthcoming album 'The Constant.'
Dangerfield, on the other hand, is currently enjoying solo praise, away from his regular outfit the Guillemots, at Austin's South by Southwest Festival after releasing the album 'Fly Yellow Moon' on Geffen at the start of the year.
Young's track was reportedly chosen when the pair met at the label's launch and has previously been covered, most notably by Saint Etienne for their debut single back in 1990.
Luv Luv Luv is a newly formed label with signings including Actually and Babeshadow, the latter of whom are set to tour with Florence and the Machine in May.
