Paul Weller Announces UK and Ireland Arena Tour

Paul Weller has announced a mammoth end-of-the-year UK and Ireland tour in support of his upcoming album.

The ex-Jam man, winner of the 'Godlike Genius' award at the recent NME Awards, is set to play arenas around the UK and Ireland in November and December, including a five-day jaunt at the Dublin Olympia.

It all comes in support of Weller's soon-to-be-released new album, 'Wake Up the Nation,' due out on April 19. As well as a standard CD, the album will also be released as a deluxe edition, which comes in a hardbook case, along with notes from author Irvine Welsh and a second CD featuring remixes and re-workings of the album tracks from the likes of Yeah Yeah Yeahs' Nick Zinner and the Bees.
