The Walkmen, Big Pink and These New Puritans for Great Escape

A new batch of bands has been added to this year's Great Escape Festival in Brighton.
Running from May 13-15 in 30-plus venues across the south coast town the Big Pink, the Walkmen, Fionn Regan and These New Puritans join a bill which already includes Broken Social Scene, Band of Skulls and Japandroids.
In all the festival boasts over 350 artists.
Also newly-announced are the Sunshine Underground, Reverend Soundsystem, White Rabbits, You Say Party! We Say Die!, andsoiwatchyoufromafar, Chapel Club, Harper Simon, Summer Camp, Fenech Soler, Mount Kimbie, Goldheart Assembly, Feldberg, Tinashe, Born Ruffians, Thomas White, Violens, Jaguar Love, Princeton, Bridezilla, Kid Adrift, Silver Columns, Sharks, Hesta Prynn, the Neat, Dead Wolf Club, Tweak Bird, Final Flash, Samuel and the Dragon and John Talabot.
The long weekender kicks off on Thursday, May 13 with among others Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster headlining Hectors House, the Slits at the Pavilion Theatre and Revenge playing host to Blood Red Shoes.
Broken Social Scene and Groove Armada play back-to-back on the final night at the Corn Exchange while Marina and the Diamonds and Chase & Status find themselves at Concorde 2 and Dome respectively.
Weekend tickets for the event are still available and priced at £55 (while single tickets for individual days are as follows: Thursday £22.50 ($34), Friday £27.50 ($41) and Saturday £30 ($45).
