Jamaican Singer Bounty Killer Arrested for Allegedly Assaulting Girlfriend

Bounty Killer is internationally known for his string of dancehall albums and collaborating with No Doubt on the 2001 hit song, 'Hey Baby.' Unfortunately, the Jamaican artist is adding more to his rap sheet than his discography these days.

The 37-year-old entertainer, aka Rodney Price, was arrested at his Jamaican home on Monday for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, according to a police report. The authorities haven't released any details regarding the attack as the investigation is still underway.

This isn't Bounty Killer's first run-in with the law. Price is already being prosecuted on previous charges including illegal possession of a firearm and unlawful wounding and assault.

His arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday, April 7.
