Celeb Doppelganger: Mark McGwire and James Hetfield

While the former Major League Baseball slugger and rock god appear to be separated at birth, they don't share much in common beyond those scruffy beards and bright-blue eyes. Case in point: Hetfield grew up in a Christian Science family, who didn't believe in taking medicine. "Big Mac" McGwire ... well, his drug use led to some controversy earlier this year. Maybe he should have taken a cue from New York Yankee Mariano Rivera. The relief pitcher gets pumped up with Metallica's 'Enter Sandman' and is deemed "elegant" by the New York Times.
