Man/Miracle, 'Pushing and Shoving' -- Video Premiere

Things are moving swiftly for Man/Miracle, who wrap up a tour with fellow Bay Area rockers Rogue Wave Friday night in San Francisco. The band hails from the other side of the bridge, in Oakland, where they shot the video for 'Pushing and Shoving.' Despite the song title, there's actually not a lot of pushing and shoving going on in the treatment; if anything, it's more like a casual afternoon affair.

"I wanted to simply show what I thought was great about this band," director Josh Lowman tells Spinner. "I followed them around with a camera as they played a show on their roof, as well as goofing around at some sand dunes -- and this is the result. It captures what's special about these guys: They follow their instincts. They avoid pretense. They know how to have a good time."
