Muse Release Single 'Neutron Star Collision' From 'Twilight: Eclipse' Soundtrack

As if they weren't already monsters of rock beforehand, with their latest release, 'The Resistance,' Muse has been capturing the hearts of the living. Now they're out to conquer the undead as well with their new single 'Neutron Star Collision (Love is Forever)' from the soundtrack to 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.'The third installment of the popular vampire series, the 'Eclipse' soundtrack also features, appropriately enough, Vampire Weekend and the Dead Weather. Other artists on its star-studded soundtrack include Band of Horses, the Black Keys, Sia, Fanfarlo, the Bravery and more. Of particular note: Beck paired up with Bat for Lashes for the track 'Let's Get Lost' while UNKLE enlisted the help of the Black Angels for the song 'With You in My Head.'
As for the new Muse single, it was released to radio on Monday and is available as an immediate bonus download if you pre-order the soundtrack through the official website. Written and recorded by the band earlier this year, 'Neutron Star Collision (Love is Forever)' blends Muse's arena-rock bombast with themes of eternal love. With lyrics like 'Our love is forever/and if we die, we die together,' the song should hit home with vampires and humans alike -- and especially with bleeding-heart human fans of bloodsucking vampires. Such as, you know, 'Twilight' fans.
'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' hits theaters on June 30 while the soundtrack drops before then on June 8.

The drum remaind me a little bit Knights of Cydonia.
Bless your heart! I hope you find somebody! I believe most of us appreciate, respect, and pray for our Military. My hubby was in the Army and the Navy, and as a civilian did two tours in Iraq! "Hooah!"
And as for the Twilight Series, bring it on! Read the books, and can't wait for the next movie! And yes, us older ladies read the books (and watch the movies) too! It's not just for teenagers!
Love is ageless!
Muse already had a song on the first Twilight movie soundtrack....a little bit behind the times, Benjy?
