Courtney Love Confesses to Lesbian Fling With Kate Moss

Courtney Love has claimed that she had sex with the model Kate Moss in Italy a decade ago.

According to the Daily Telegraph, rumours of a lesbian fling with the famous model had been circulating, but hadn't been confirmed.

The Hole singer's revelations come from an interview with the Irish rock magazine Hot Press.

"It was Kate Moss. She doesn't care," Love said. "It's a great story for the grandchildren."

She added, "Kate wasn't doing a lot of drugs. It was just a thing that happened in Milan in the '90s. It happened and it was fun and whatever. And she talks about it and so I hope she doesn't get mad that I outed her about it ... I feel like such a kiss and tell...

"Kate's great, though! Kate's a good friend of mine. I almost bought Kate's house in St. John's Wood."

Several years ago Love, 45, and Moss, 36, made headlines together when Courtney ripped the supermodel's £650 dress when she accidentally trod on its lengthy train at a fashion event at the Victoria & Albert Museum.

Love, who recently went public with her battle against heroin addiction, has been in a highly confessional mood of late. A fortnight ago she told US radio DJ Howard Stern that she'd had an eight-month affair with Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale, husband of Gwen Stefani.

Love described Rossdale as a "f--k buddy" and says: "He was playing the field ... one night Gavin made roast chicken and it was really, really good, and then we snogged and he was really good at it. And he'd improved vastly from the last time we snogged."

Rossdale hasn't denied that he had an affair with Courtney but posted a message on his official website: "Gwen and Gavin Rossdale would like to assure their fans that anything that may have occurred prior to their marriage has no impact on their current situation. All is well with the Rossdale family."
