Jenny Lewis Teams With Boyfriend Johnathan Rice for New Record

From collaborating with Brandon Flowers to being Rilo Kiley's frontwoman, Jenny Lewis seems to love juggling tons of projects. And now she's enlisted her boyfriend and backing band member Johnathan Rice for her next album, TwentyFourBit reports. Playfully called Jenny and Johnny, the duo has already booked gigs in Boston, Brooklyn and Philadelphia for the fall and set up an official website where people can sign up for band updates. While this may seem like news for some, Rilo Kiley drummer Jason Boesel told Paste in February that Lewis was "working on a record with her boyfriend Johnathan Rice."
This isn't the first time that Lewis and Rice have worked together. Both collaborated on Rice's last record, 'Further North,' as well as Lewis' 2008 'Acid Tongue.'
