Gene Simmons Faces Sexual Harassment Suit but Assault Charges Dropped

Prosecutors have dropped assault charges against Gene Simmons over an alleged attack on a couple in an upmarket shopping mall, whilst in a separate lawsuit, it's emerged that a makeup artist claims he molested her.As Spinner reported last December, the 60-year-old Kiss bassist was being sued by Nathan Marlowe and Cynthia Manzo over an alleged assault and battery incident at the Grove in Los Angeles. However, on Wednesday, May 26, the district attorney decided there was not enough evidence to pursue the case, where the couple claimed Simmons choked them after they started filming him.
But Simmons is not out of the legal woods yet. RadarOnline.com report that Victoria Jackson has filed her own complaint against the star, again in LA. The makeup artist claims she was working at the ESPN Sports Center last November when Simmons approached her, dressed in his Kiss outfit.
In her suit, Jackson accuses the long-tongued lothario of grabbing and hugging her, with spikes from his costume jabbing into her, to which she responded, "Ouch. You are hurting me."
Then Simmons began "humping" her, "to the extent she could feel his groin grinding into her." Jackson claims there are witnesses who describe the incident as "degrading, shocking and humiliating."
In a statement, Simmons's spokesman said his client, "categorically denies" the allegations and added Jackson is trying to get "compensation from him for nonexistent injuries." The alleged victim is seeking $500,000 (£343,000) in damages.

Hi, Laurie. I heard about Gene taking a lie detector test, but i don't know the results, i'll assume your statement is right. If he says he never cheated....does that mean he never cheated on Shannon, or a previous girlfriend? Gene is well known to have had thousands of women. I just can't see how you have that many women, and somewhere down the line one of them will never say "you cheated". When i said adulteries, Gene has never married, so for him i suppose it would be "promiscuity". Any woman who is married and then was with Gene would commit adultery,so i'm not sure if adultery fits with Gene, just fornication, or promiscuity. Either way, Gene to me should do the right thing and marry Shannon. He had 2 kids with her, why not make it legal at last?

victoria jackson didn't just become a make artist. she has been in the make up industry for at least 25 years. she has substantial credibility. simmons has attempted to justify his behavior by virtue of his costume and it's accoutrement. so when he's in KISS drag, he's brainless? thought so.

Johnny boy get your facts correct,Gene is only 60 and can do circles around you. John he still has the energy and if you have ever seen him perform you would no that,He has been doing that for over 40 years and far as the cleavage remark I dont check him out that way,I like my wifes cleavage and hope you can learn to enjoy your wifes also someday.

Funny how it's mostly all men doing the bashing, are you a little jealous or envious? Gene is a good guy and his group is still jamming after all these years. You did'nt say anything about the lying bitch that is just out for easy bucks. If she was being spiked so badly, how would he be able to get close enough to bump and grind her. I'd like to see the ER report of her spike wounds and ground flesh. Please, get real guys!!!!!!!!!
