My Morning Jacket to Perform Entire Albums Over Five Nights in New York

My Morning Jacket have announced a five-night New York City stand later this year where the revered Louisville band will perform each of its full-length albums. The gigs, which will take place at Terminal 5 and run from Oct. 18-23, will find the Jim James-fronted outfit knocking out its albums in consecutive order, beginning with 1999's 'The Tennessee Fire' on Monday, Oct. 18 and wrapping up with 2008's 'Evil Urges' the following Saturday.MMJ also promises to bolster the rest of its set with favorites spanning the band's 11-year career. As with the group's upcoming August headlining dates, the band will donate $1 from each ticket sold to a local charity. Tickets go on sale for the individual gigs on June 18, but fans seeking to score entrance to all five shows will have that option when My Morning Jacket offers a special pre-sale on June 14.
My Morning Jacket will perform the following albums and donate to the respective charities during its stint at Terminal 5:
Oct. 18 -- 'The Tennesee Fire,' Safe Haven of Pike County
Oct. 19 -- 'At Dawn,' The Innocence Project
Oct. 21 -- 'It Still Moves,' 826NYC
Oct. 22 -- 'Z,' New York Cares
Oct. 23 -- 'Evil Urges,' Sustainable South Bronx
