Randy Jackson Hospitalized With Chest Pains

According to the Associated Press, Randy Jackson, younger brother of late pop legend Michael Jackson, checked himself into a hospital after suffering chest pains on Tuesday. The event was apparently not life threatening and was said to be a mild heart attack by an anonymous source, although nothing has been officially confirmed.

Jackson, 48, experienced chest pains around noon on Tuesday and was taken to Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, near his home in Southern California. The incident occurred just one day after Jackson was in court with his family for a hearing in the involuntary manslaughter case of Dr. Conrad Murray, who is accused in connection with Michael Jackson's death. The Jackson family has repeatedly accused Murray as being responsible for the singer's fatal overdose last June. While appearing on CNN last week, Jackson argued that Murray should be charged with first-degree murder.

According to TMZ, Randy was rushed to the hospital as he's previously suffered a heart attack. Representatives for the family told the gossip site that Randy is now at home and "doing OK."
