F---ed Up Take it Off at Day Three of Sled Island

If anyone could work up a crowd at the very un-rock'n'roll hour of 4:30PM, it's Canadian hardcore stalwarts F---ed Up. Sensing that it was his duty to kick off day three of Sled Island with a bang, frontman Damian Abraham decided to uh, treat, the modest crowd gathered at Calgary's Olympic Plaza to his famous 'mangina' routine. Fans likely would have been content just to see the hefty singer strip down to his wacky eye ball patterned boxers and douse himself in bottles of Dr. Pepper while shouting out biting lyrics to F---ed Up's raucous punk anthems, but the Torontonian clearly had other plans.
Offering onlookers a spectacle they soon wouldn't forget, Abraham ripped off his skivvies like some sort of x-rated superhero and proceeded to strategically waddle around the stage in the buff before finally taking refuge behind bassist Sandy Miranda.
Once his shorts were back on, the outspoken frontman bounced between the stage and audience as the outfit steamrolled through the remainder of their set, which featured killer tracks like 'Son The Father' and 'Baiting The Public.'
Unable to compete with Abraham's R-Rated party trick, there were moments when the rest of his crew almost seemed to play second fiddle to his outrageous antics. You'd assume that the other members of F---ed Up are more than used to that by now, though, as it's not easy sharing the limelight with one of the most explosive frontmen going these days.
