Liam Gallagher believes John Lennon would have been interested in covering the Oasis track 'I'm Outta Time.'The ex-Oasis frontman made the claim after been asked the question on his website's video blog, reports NME. Gallagher was asked, "If John Lennon was around today which Oasis song, would he most like to sing, in your opinion?"
And he replied, "I reckon 'I'm Outta Time,' because it's the bollocks." It was part of his 'Ask Liam' video series on his Pretty Green website.
The track featured on their 2008 album 'Dig Out Your Soul' and was penned by Liam himself, rather than the band's usual songwriter, brother Noel Gallagher. It also features a speech sample of Beatles' supremo Lennon.
Liam Gallagher has been keeping relatively busy since the dissolution of Oasis, with the singer recently revealing the name of his new band as Beady Eye, as previously reported by Spinner. Keeping the Oasis theme running somewhat, he has recruited ex-bandmates Gem Archer, Andy Bell and Chris Sharrock for the band.

"If John Lennon was around today which Oasis song would he most like to sing"??
There is a total disconnect between reality and this question.
"If John Lennon was around today which Oasis song would he most like to sing"
He would probably ask, who the hell are they?
