The fellow Chicago band has penned the date of July 27 for the gig at the city's Metro club and fans will also be able to purchase tickets to see the soundcheck.
Profits from the event will go towards Leone's medical bills, after he was assaulted and left severely injured while attempting to break up a fight in his hometown, as previously reported by Spinner.
The bassist endured a broken nose and jaw, and had to undergo an operation which removed a third of his skull to help stop swelling on his brain.
He has since been released from hospital, but more surgery is potentially required and medical costs are high -- prompting the opening of the Matthew Leone Fund, to help him cover the bills.
Brother and singer of Madina Lake, Nathan Leone, told Contactmusic, "Matthew and I have been completely overwhelmed by the outpouring of compassion and support during this impossible time.
"Being among the biggest Smashing Pumpkins fans in the world, we still haven't processed the fact that they are contributing in such an unprecedented way. Not only is this going to be a monumental event in our lives but more importantly it's a massive statement against domestic violence, violence against women and violence in general."
