Edwyn Collins Announces Tour Dates for November

Collins, who was forced to take a prolonged sabbatical after suffering two brain haemorrhages in 2005, will be promoting his new solo album 'Losing Sleep'.
Due for release on Sept. 13, the album features a wealth of collaborations from some of the indie scene's leading lights. Members of the Cribs, Franz Ferdinand, the Drums and Magic Numbers are among those who shared writing duties on the record.
Before the November dates, the former Orange Juice frontman will be playing London's 100 Club on Aug. 11, while to celebrate the release of his seventh solo album, Collins -- with the help of guest performers -- will play for a special show at London's Queen Elizabeth Hall on Sept. 23.
