In an interview with BBC 6 Music the singer also confirmed that she hopes to be working with producers Paul Epworth and James Ford, who both oversaw the first album 'Lungs'.
She said, "I have some time off in September and then October, November [we'll] start really like concentrating on doing the full thing."
She added, "I'm definitely gonna to work with a couple of different people but I'm definitely gonna work with Paul -- and I saw James the other day at Primavera, which was really, really, really nice to see him - so yeah, we're still like really good friends and everyone stays in touch, so see what happens."
When asked if she has been listening to any music that has been inspiring her, she came up with an odd mix of music. She said, "At the moment I've been listening to Crystal Castles and this guy called Chad VanGaalen and weird French new wave from the 70s, so it's quite an eclectic mix. I'm not really sure how that's going to come across in the next album but it all kinda syncs in subliminally, I think."
As previously reported by Spinner, Welch recently revealed that she's awful with money -- and she's not allowed to use a credit card, claiming that she once went on a month-long spending spree.
