Aerosmith's Steven Tyler Knocked Off Stage by Joe Perry

Rumored 'American Idol' spats aside, it seems like things have been going fairly smoothly for Aerosmith this summer. Still, the on-again, off-again rock band have recently had a few onstage incidents that could've left them in the same place they were last year after frontman Steven Tyler fell offstage and broke his shoulder.

Tyler and his bandmate Joe Perry got into it a bit earlier this week onstage in Toronto, with a video surfacing that shows Perry bumping Tyler off of the stage, causing him to fall into the crowd. While most people would rush to judge this as a typical Tyler-Perry bro-spat, it looks to be all in fun. Tyler jumps back onstage and says to the crowd "It ain't gonna happen again," and the two finished up at the same mic stand, closing out the last line of 'Love in an Elevator.'

A week earlier, the pair suffered another onstage mishap, with a video showing Tyler accidentally smacking Perry in the head with his mic stand. The crack of the microphone on Perry's skull can be heard. So, even though it seems that things are OK in Aerosmith land, trouble hasn't left them behind. Check out clips of both incidents below.

i definitely would have kicked the shit out of Tyler and not just shoving him off the stage. He's a wrinkled washed up drugged up prune face.
He is so ugly too!!

I think this Aerosmith "mishap" is a publcity scam!! They are violent on and off stage, just like "The Who" was. The boys are getting up in age (same age as I am), so they have to draw attention to the younger crowd. This generation loves to see violence. It gets attention. Do you think anyone would watch Snookie if she wasn't a drunken, violent, air head??

I think Steve Tyler is the bread and butter for the band and Joe Perry probably resents his new gig. Unless there is a new album that will be put on hold I don't see why Joe would have a problem and not wish his friend well. Didn't Joe Perry go solo with albums and have gigs with his his son at Foxwords? They are practically senior citizens so any source of income now should be appreciated. How many concerts can you do at Steve's age, give him a break. I wonder if IDOL picked Steve and Joe as a pair if Joe would feel the same way because it's obvious Joe is envious. Good Luck Steve and I am happy you can put new money in your bank account. I am sure the band will be waiting when you return because no one can replace you.

What a shame these two idiots can't act like civil adults, that's easy enough to understand for a two year old! Enough already, their stupid actions reflect badly on themselves! I have no respect for people who pull this kind of crap (yup, that includes politicians from all parties).

Seems he also came to help him back up. . . if they were 'spatting', they wouldn't have finished in that manner.

As for the knock on the head, that was obviously not something he meant to do. Perry was noticeably angered by it, however... it had to hurt.

Aol at it again ? Causing an issue when there really isn't one ? One can hope. This legendary band should not go out in their final chapters this way.

If you are feuding, man up guys, you are after all mature adults, yes ?

Have you any idea who BETTE Davis was? Or do you know she's been dead
since 1989? Did you mean Betty White? SHE'S still alive...SHE was
born in 1922, which makes her 88. Would have been a funny comeback if
you'd had you facts right.

I don't get how you can compare The Stones an Jon Bon to Bobby Sherman an the rest? What happen to the dog people they make more sense anyway. Tyler is the new judge on Idol, think he needs the makeup people that she ain't gonna use? The chick from the block, Jenny!
