The 37-year old accepted a metal object from a fan after a gig in Scotland, Contactmusic reports. Without a second thought Lewis added the present to others she'd received and promptly forgot about it.
However on entering Finland she was soon left ruing her decision. She explained, "I go through customs in Finland and in the X-ray machine there's a big old bullet. They (customs officers) want to know where the gun is and they quarantine me." She continued, "We didn't speak the same language and I was like, 'No, you don't understand.'"
Thankfully for Lewis, the matter was soon cleared up but it did mean giving up the unusual present to Finnish authorities, something the singer said she was was only too happy to do.

Well isn't this story just total bs. couple of things from someone who works there. first of all
- security controls at all finnish airports are operated by security officers. Finnish customs has nothing to do with that.
- ALL of our officers speak english as it is one of the requirements for that job.
- And we never "quarantine" anyone for something like this. Taking away this bullet is or at least should be a common practice around the world.
