Highlight: "Fueled by the infuriating truth that any passable 'live-action' video would cost me way more than the budget for my entire record, I spent a month of my life cutting and gluing pieces of construction paper, then strung together over 3,000 pictures taken with a borrowed camera to make a stop-motion cartoon video," Noela Johnston of People Eating People tells Spinner. "I didn't really plan it all out -- I just went with the flow -- whatever colored paper was left over. I am an avid cyclist, so I just wanted to make sure the little girl in the video was riding the most bad-ass track bike ever. I am extremely proud of the end result, and now plan on making more and more interesting music videos myself, if for nothing else, to prove that a video with a $40 budget can be way more interesting than a four-minute video of a band playing in the middle of the Sahara with a production budget of $400,000."
