In Their Words: "My Mexicans with Guns moniker is an outlet for me to explore my Hispanic culture and its traditional folk music and combine that with some of my own musical influences as an electronic artist working in the present. With 'Me Gusto', I take the traditional cumbia sound mostly associated with Mexico and Latin America and combine it with hyper 8-bit melodies and hip-hop rhythms. To top it off I collaborated with Chico Mann, a member of several different bands and projects including Antibalas.
