After 25-year-old Doug Fieger met 17-year-old Sharona Alperin at a clothing store, it was love at first sight. ("She induced madness," he told the AP years later.) The Knack frontman was so smitten, he went home and wrote 'My Sharona,' an anthemic rock song that reached No. 1 US in 1979, bucking the disco domination of the era. Pictured here at their 1980 Hollywood engagement party, the two never actually wed, despite dating four years. Today, Alperin is a successful real-estate agent to the stars in Los Angeles. In February 2010, her ex-beau Fieger died of cancer at age 57.

I can see why he was inspired! Did she also motivate the song "Good girls don't"? If you know the Knack you know the rest of the words and what the song is about.

There are have been many movies in the past decade that I recall getting very similar treatment in the film festivals only to fall flat at the box office, not seen by many and fall to obscurity. My boyfriend thinks the same with me. He is eight years older than me, lol. We met online at agel over. c om a nice and free place for younger women and older men, or older women and younger men, to interact with each other. Maybe you wanna check out or tell your friends.
