Fran Healy, 'Moonshine' (Acoustic) -- Video Premiere

If you ever hoped to have Fran Healy, the lead singer from Scottish sensation Travis, come to your living room to play you a song, this video may be as close as you're going to get. The star gets up close and personal in this video for an acoustic version of 'Moonshine' that makes you feel like you're "right there."

It's a bit of a break from Travis but that's the point. Healy just released a new solo album, 'Wreckorder,' that intentionally aims to be more intimate and stripped-down than his work with his band. Of course, he still goes "big" at points, such as having Paul McCartney play bass on a track.

But for this video for 'Moonshine,' Healy goes it alone, casually tuning his acoustic by ear before informally launching into the song. Not to spoil the ending or anything, but when he's done, he's done. He just nonchalantly gets up and leaves -- no big lights, no bows, no encores and no crowd roar, though that doesn't mean you can't applaud from home. Check out the video below.
