"Mike is back mixing his record, which means Adam Y is feeling better. Yeah!" Tamra Davis wrote on her blog. The record she references is presumably 'Hot Sauce Committee, Pt. 1,' which was delayed due to Yauch's illness, but could possibly be its planned sequel.
Yauch was diagnosed with a tumor in his parotid gland in July 2009 and, for the most part, has kept quiet regarding his health since then. In April, he asked fans to meditate with him in an effort to smash "apart all the cancer cells in the world." In March, Yauch said the trio had hoped to release 'Hot Sauce' in September after they went back to the studio to re-evaluate it. Regardless of the release date, we couldn't be happier to hear about Yauch's improving health.
