Screaming Females and Corin Tucker Band Rock New Jersey for CMJ -- Exclusive Photos

On the last night of this year's CMJ fest, Maxwell's in Hoboken, N.J. was the place to be as the Screaming Females took the stage and threw down their uncanny rock to shake the venue and get the crowd moving. Lead singer and guitar superstar Marissa Paternoster showed that she is one of New Jersey's finest as she shredded through the band's set and prepped the audience for the headlining act, the Corin Tucker Band. That group, led by the Sleater-Kinney founder, rocked the stage with their indie-country blend that kept fans chanting for more. The hour-long set wasn't nearly enough as the Tucker and company finished for the night and left ears ringing and fans screaming.
