!!! are dedicated to Halloween. The New York dance-rockers once spent an entire day before an October 31st show gluing tiny pieces of mirror to all of their clothes and stockings to be used, obviously, as weird disco-ball masks. Plus, they rip a mean cover of 'Thriller.'

So Spinner recently took vocalist Nic Offer to a costume shop in Toronto's Dufferin Mall to discuss the finer points of dressing up for Halloween -- from the ins and outs of sexy lady costumes to the irony of dressing up like a designer drug.
