As of now, it appears Interpol will remain on the road until late March, with nothing set for the four-month break for their summer tour with U2. The band has had a big comeback but is still dogged by questions about the departure of fashionista bassist Carlos D and his subsequent replacement with David Pajo.
"With all due respect to Mr. Carlos D., I'm glad that he left, and that he's happy," drummer Sam Fogarino told Spinner in September. "Because I'm happy here, and I don't want to be around people that are unhappy. I never want to go through that again. Nobody should."
