The Grammy-nominated Case will discuss her pictorial efforts this December, presenting her own personal photos and sharing stories related to the images. In a statement, Case -- who has a degree in fine arts -- said she takes photographs to "remember the places I was traveling through that I never really got to know."
Juliet Blake of the National Geographic Channel will moderate the event, which takes place on Dec. 1 at the National Graphic Society's Grosvenor Auditorium in Washington D.C. at 7:30PM. Rock photographer Danny Clinch -- who has shot everyone from Johnny Cash and Bruce Springsteen to Tupac and the Smashing Pumpkins -- will kick the series off on Nov. 10, with singer-songwriter Ben Folds and former Police guitarist Andy Summers following Case's exhibition on Dec. 3 and 4, respectively.
In related news, Case's duet with Travis frontman Fran Healy, 'Sing Me to Sleep,' is currently iTunes' "Single of the Week." The track, which is extracted from Healy's new solo disc 'Wreckorder,' can be downloaded for free until Nov. 8.
