White Stripes Unveil 'Ultimate' $499 Bespoke Christmas Collection

For the ultimate White Stripes fan and vinyl lovers everywhere, Third Man Records have unveiled a rather special looking, very-limited-edition 'White Stripes Merchandise Collection' for sale his Christmas.

The $499 set (around £300) includes a custom made White Stripes portable record player, White Stripes headphones and vinyl player accesories such as a White Stripes slipmat, cleaning brush and 45 middle adapters.

Limited to just 333, each set will come with White Stripes LP and 7" singles vinyl box sets to use with the bespoke record player.

The collection will also include a new red vinyl pressing of their now rare 2002 holidays single 'Merry Christmas From the White Stripes.'

The record -- which was originally limited to 1000 copies on XL Recordings and 3000 on V2 -- includes the tracks 'Candy Cane Children' on the A-side and 'The Reading of the Story of the Magi' and 'The Singing of Silent Night' on the B-side.

Described by Third Man Records as "the ultimate collection for vinyl appreciation," the set will be available to order from Dec. 1 and will be posted out to buyers by Dec. 21.

The custom designed band record player slipmat and the singles box set will both be available to buy from the Third Man Store in the spring.

For fans not lucky enough to get a hold of the White Stripes "ultimate collection," a Third Man Records branded set -- including record player and accessories -- has also been launched.
