Video: 'One to the Other'
Highlight: "All the footage came from different sources, but one source in particular was this guy who was once a host of a popular Australian kids' science show that ran in the early '80s," Joel Byrne of Wolf and Cub tells Spinner about their 'One to the Other' video. "I remember watching the show, so I thought that was kind of cool."
Wolf and Cub and their art collaborators SPR/PPL originally wanted to put out two EPs: a "science EP" of "more refined and perhaps more structured" tracks and a "sorcery EP" that was "a little more experimental or more adventurous." This "science" clip is all that resulted, so far. "I'm still proud of the video, not necessarily the band shots -- those I could live without -- but the footage is great and it's edited together really nicely. It would have been nice to see the 'sorcery' video though." Check out the video after the break.
