The National, Flaming Lips and Fleet Foxes for Primavera Sound Festival 2011

Held in Barcelona, Spain at the city's Parc del Forum from May 26 to 28, the latest additions to the bill will join Pulp, who as previously reported by Spinner will be headlining the festival on May 27.
Among the other bands added to the line-up are Belle and Sebastian, Animal Collective, Mogwai and Fiery Furnaces.
According to festival organisers, Mercury Rev will be performing their 1998 album 'Deserter's Songs' in its entirety, while John Cale and his band will follow suit by playing the former Velvet Underground man's 1973 record 'Paris 1919' from start to finish.
For those festival-goers seeking out new materia,l the addition of Fleet Foxes should fit the bill with primaverasound.com promising that the band will "present their new album at the festival."
