Bez -- real name Mark Berry -- was being sought by the police after failing to attend a bail appointment after he was alleged to have breached a restraining order placed on him to restrict access to former partner Monica Ward, reports the BBC.
He was arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 23, at Euston train station in London charged with breaching a restraining order and also trespassing on a railway. He is due to appear at the Manchester City Magistrates' Court.
As we previously reported, Bez had been sentenced to four weeks in jail after trying to strangle Ward after the pair argued over money.
He then missed a bail appointment relating to accusations from Ward he had continued to try and get in contact with her via phone calls and texts.
Confirming his latest arrest, a spokesman for the British Transport Police said, "Mark Berry has been charged with breach of a restraining order and trespass on a railway. He has also been given a warning under the Harassment Act 1997."
