Willie Nelson, 77, Arrested for Pot Again

The 77-year-old rocker was arrested and booked into the Hudspeth County Jail on a $2,500 bond, but has has since posted bail and rejoined his family and crew in Austin, Texas.
Many have joked about legalizing Nelson's tour bus to make it a puff-friendly zone, and after this latest brush with the law, it appears that might be the only way to keep old Nelson out of trouble.

I've always wondered how much "evidence" actually makes it back to the police station . . . I'm sure the cops always stop by their house before taking confiscated drugs to the evidence locker at the station.

I bought 12 tickets and gave them out as Christmas presents. All that was accomplished by his arrest was another mug shot. Maybe they should use the money for a better back drop. I cant tell how tall Willie is. "On The Road Again"

"It is against the LAW! CHARGE HIM and make it hard on him. He should not get any special treatment. I love the guy and have smoked my share in the past but it is the law. Pot is bad for you and it is a DRUG, it changes you. Show me one person who is a leader in their field and is a pot smoker. Personally, I wish all drugs were legal. If you want to kill yourself go ahead. I guess Willie is a leader in the drug field. Hellova singer and picker."
It is a drug but unlike the legal one that most people enjoy like Nicotine,Alcohol, and Caffeine...(yes Caffeine dumb@ss!)...Pot has never killed one person. And let's see...pot smokers at the top of their field. Hmmmm...Dead ones like...George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin or live ones like Bill Clinton, Bill Maur and maybe gold medalist Michael Phelps....and I'm not even mentioning artists and musicians. There are of course many, many others but they keep their toking secret so as not to be judged by ignorant, hypocritical, self-righteous morons like yourself.
Its time to legalize marijuanna. The war against pot and the people who use it has gone on for far too long..
